Since it was founded in 1978, our parent company, Arcadia , has become highly regarded for top-quality health care services. We are proud of the reputation that we have built over the years- a reputation for providing experienced, reliable, dedicated nurses, therapists and caregivers to families in need of support and/or relief. We are proud to have earned the trust of our clients many of whom have been with us for decades.
Newborn Solutions was recently born to serve the growing need of newborn mothers in the Greater Boston area.
Matchmakers The trust we have established is based largely on our unparalleled ability to match our individual employees to the needs and styles of the families that we serve. Based upon the information that you supply, we carefully select the caregiver best suited for your family.
Employees Your caregivers are our employees and as such they are bonded and insured by us. We provide our employees with annual flu innoculations, as well as in-service training and infant CPR instruction. Before we hire an employee, we do an in-depth interview, administer a battery of tests, and carefully check background and references.
Keeping it Personal Because your caregiver is our employee the bill for services comes from Arcadia - no need for you to have to have financial interactions with your caregiver. You can think of your caregiver more as a personal friend than as a service provider.
Our Director We are proud to introduce Barbara Roberto as our dynamic addition to the Arcadia team and the creator of Newborn Solutions. Barbara comes to us with over 15 years experience in Home Health and Newborn Infant Care. Those in the industry and her many satisfied customers know her as the innovator responsible for the highly successful Nite Nannies company out of Lexington Ma.
"My focus has always been on maintaining a long term staff of highly trustworthy and competent caregivers and I pride myself on always taking the extra time to carefully match each newborn and family to the best caregiver for their particular situation."
